Upon entering Central Serengeti, continue with an en-route game drive through the Seronera area, known for its permanent water sources and abundant wildlife. Arrive at Tanzania Bush Camp in the afternoon and settle in for your first night in the Serengeti

Enjoy a packed lunch in the wilderness and continue exploring throughout the afternoon. From migrating herds to lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants and giraffes, every moment offers a new opportunity.

Beyond the Familiar - Discover More of the Wilderness
Game Drive: 7–9 hrs | Start: 06:00–06:30 | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Box & Dinner | Overnight: Tanzania Bush Camp – Kogatende or Ndutu
Another full day in the Serengeti gives you something short safaris cannot: time.
Explore different areas while your guide follows fresh tracks, recent sightings and seasonal wildlife movements. The focus is not simply on finding animals, but on observing their behaviour and the relationship between predators, prey and the landscape.
Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your afternoon game drive, with time to pause for photography or simply absorb the vastness of the Serengeti.
Return to camp as the afternoon light softens across the plains, completing your final night in the seasonal migration area.

Returning Through the Wild
Distance: 120–170 km | Drive: 4–5 hrs, excluding wildlife stops | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Box & Dinner | Overnight: Tanzania Bush Camp, Central Serengeti
After breakfast, begin your journey back toward Central Serengeti. Rather than a simple transfer, the route becomes an en-route game drive, allowing your guide to respond to wildlife activity along the way.
Watch for wildebeest, zebras, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and antelopes, with predators often nearby where prey concentrations are high.
Enjoy a packed lunch along the way before continuing south through the Serengeti. Arrive at Tanzania Bush Camp in the afternoon and relax after several unforgettable days exploring the wider ecosystem.

From the Endless Plains to the Crater Floor
Distance: 140–160 km | Drive: 4–5 hrs, excluding game viewing | Crater Game Drive: 3–4 hrs | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Box & Dinner | Overnight: Eileen's Tree Inn, Karatu
After an early breakfast, leave Central Serengeti with a final morning game drive as you travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Descend approximately 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater for an extraordinary game drive across its floor. The enclosed ecosystem supports an exceptional concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and hyenas, with the possibility of spotting the endangered black rhinoceros.
After your crater experience, ascend the crater walls and continue to Karatu for dinner and a well-earned rest.

One Last Wildlife Encounter Before Departure
Karatu → Lake Manyara: 24 km | Drive: 30 min | Game Drive: 3–4 hrs | Lake Manyara → Arusha: Approx. 120 km / 2–2.5 hrs | Meals: Breakfast & Lunch Box | Safari Ends: Arusha / Airport
After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for your final wildlife experience.
Explore the park's diverse ecosystems, from groundwater forests and open grasslands to wetlands and the alkaline lake. Look out for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, baboons, monkeys and abundant birdlife. You may also encounter Lake Manyara's famous tree-climbing lions.
Enjoy a packed lunch before exiting the park and continuing toward Arusha. Depending on your flight schedule, transfer to the airport or arrange an additional night in Arusha.
