Until confirmation, all accommodation, activities, vehicles and other services remain subject to availability.

All quotations issued by Mwemezi African Safaris are subject to the validity period stated in the quotation.

A quotation does not guarantee availability until the booking has been confirmed.

Prices may change because of:

  • Supplier rate changes

  • Taxes or statutory charges
  • Changes in travel dates or itinerary

The final confirmed booking price will be the price stated in the booking confirmation.

Certain accommodation, activities, group bookings or special rates may require different payment conditions.

The applicable payment conditions will be communicated before confirmation.

6. CURRENCY AND BANK CHARGES

Prices may be quoted in United States Dollars (USD), Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) or another currency agreed with the client.

Where payment is made through a bank, payment platform or other financial institution, the client is responsible for applicable transfer charges unless otherwise agreed.

MAS is not responsible for losses arising solely from currency conversion or exchange-rate movements between payment and refund dates.

The accommodation shown in a quotation may be replaced with another property of a similar standard where circumstances require it.

Where a replacement is necessary, MAS will make reasonable efforts to provide accommodation of comparable standard and location.

MAS cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property except where liability is imposed by applicable law.

20. LIABILITY

Mwemezi African Safaris will exercise reasonable care in arranging and delivering the services included in a confirmed booking.

However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury, delay, damage or additional expense resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from the independent actions of third-party providers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
